Processing and Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Packing

Orders are packaged in eco-friendly materials to minimize our environmental impact.

Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number for each order and an email with tracking information once the order has shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you've ordered is currently out of stock, we will notify you by email and provide you with the option to cancel or modify your order.  We try to only list items that are ready to ship.

Returns

If you receive a damaged, lost, or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a refund or replacement.
